Podcasts We Love

I love to receive a new podcast, tv series, book, or movie recommendation. When it comes to our favourite learning this month, the following podcasts have been helpful inspiration;

• Michelle Obama’s podcast which is free on Spotify currently.  This is a highlight on community, family and social connection, check it out here

• 1619: This podcast series highlights a more accurate and inclusive report of African American history in America here. And NY Times article of the same topic check it out here.

• Code Switch: A look at community, culture and current events while observing inequity throughout systems here

• This American Life: Another great podcast about American’s and their stories here

• Radio Lab: Is a scientific review of current questions within society.  They answer some really amazing questions and had a great episode recently on vitamin D and COVID 19.  I highly recommend it here
