Foot pain (Plantar Fasciitis) is common in our culture. There are many causes including poor footwear, standing for long periods, and tension in the feet and lower legs. Acupuncture and acupressure can help. Also, try self-massage, rolling on a foam-roller, tennis or lacrosse ball, stretch out your calf and foot with these stretches, and scrape your foot with this technique for tension and pain in the feet.
